Riding Authenticity [german version below]

A warm invitation to this intensive weekend workshop in Leipzig, Enge6, on May 6th & 7th, 2017.

We will explore different approaches to our body perception - with 3 instructors and through three different formats: contact improvisation, body storytelling / body story telling and yoga.

We experiment with different modes of perception, both internally and externally, which continuously shape our physical being-in-the-world and form the basis for our moods and feelings. We then take these experiences with us in the movement - alone or in dance with others.

No previous knowledge required and all levels of experience are welcome!
The workshop will be held in English and there will be a German translation if required - please tell us when you register!

A warm invitation to this weekend intensive workshop in Leipzig, Enge6!

We will be exploring different aspects of approaching our body sensations
through Contact improvisation dance, BodyStorytelling and Yoga.

We will work on our states of awareness and on interoperception, the perception of our body sensations that constantly inform our physical condition and creates the base for our moods and emotions. We will bring these aspects into the solo dance or dance with a partner.

Experience is not necessary, all levels of experiences are welcome.
