The topic of my workshop is gonna be:

A TREE INSIDE ME

Taking inspiration from nature, we will explore through an ensemble of conscious movements, an organic path that resembles the natural growth of a plant.
From self rooting, growing, and personal exploration of the environment, we will arrive at relation and playfulness with the other being that is sharing the ecosystem we are living in.

All levels of experience are welcome.
