A weekly gathering to reconnect through dancing Contact Improvisation.

2 hours of dancing from 19.30 to 21.30.
We invite you to arrive on time, to join the opening circle and the warm-up. This is important because we co-create an atmosphere that is enriching and building up our dances.

WHERE

We meet in Center Premik (the last dance space on the right after entering the building, downstairs).

WARM-UP

There is gonna be a 30 min warm-up to enter all together in the jam.

CONTRIBUTION

To sustain the project we ask for a free donation to the collective that organizes the jam.

WHAT IS A JAM

Contact Jams are open gatherings where people come together to practice contact, ranging from weekly gatherings of a few hours to a weekend or week-long retreat gatherings.
Contact Jams are normally not facilitated, having no central instructor or guide. As such, there isn’t someone leading you into what to do, but you are left up to your own desires and curiosities. What makes it a contact jam is a common curiosity in the investigation of Contact Improvisation.
